Irish Christmas Millionaire Raffle
The Irish Lottery’s Christmas Millionaire Raffle celebrates the festive season in style every year on 31st December, giving you the chance to win one of the thousands of prizes available. One lucky ticket holder is always guaranteed to win €1 million.
Tickets for the Christmas Millionaire Raffle usually cost €25 each, with a limited number available. In 2023, there were just 600,000 tickets sold. When playing the Millionaire Raffle, you just need to be sure to get your entries early so you don't miss out - once they're gone, they're gone. Tickets are available from any National Lottery agent in Ireland or via the Irish National Lottery website and app. Ticket sales traditionally close at 10pm on the night of the draw, or when all 600,000 tickets have been sold.

How the Draw Works
The draw itself follows a traditional raffle format and takes place in two stages. The first stage randomly selects the winning tickets and the second stage allocates the set prizes at random to the winning tickets.
Unlike regular lottery draws, it is not possible to choose your numbers for the Christmas Raffle draw, as all tickets are pre-printed.
The draw takes place on the evening of 31st December, with results made available early on New Year's Day.
Be sure to sign the back of your ticket, as you will need it in order to claim any prizes.
