The winning numbers were 8, 10, 24, 33 and 42, with Lucky Stars 3 and 9. As well as the jackpot winner, seven participants from across Europe matched five main numbers plus one Lucky Star to land €290,732 each. Another 23 players, including one from Ireland, won €20,609 for matching five main numbers.
The other prizes won ranged between €4 for matching two main numbers and €2,089 for matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. Check out the EuroMillions Results page for more information, including a full prize breakdown and details of the EuroMillions Plus and Ireland Only Raffle draws.
The EuroMillions jackpot had not been won since a family from France picked up €83.3 million on Tuesday 11th April, while a larger prize had not been given away since October of last year. It was also a Belgian player who pocketed a fantastic €168 million on that occasion, and the latest success means there have now been 29 jackpot winners from Belgium.
The jackpot will now reset to €17 million for the next draw on Tuesday, giving participants in Ireland and the rest of the continent another opportunity to bag a life-changing sum of cash. If you want to play, you can choose numbers online or visit any authorised retailer. Good luck!
