Irish Lottery News for September 6th, 2011

Last week, we saw the Irish Lotto jackpot at its highest total in quite some time since it reached €6,314,037. And with nobody winning the jackpot, the amount will continue to increase going into this week. As for other news, we did see a couple of Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 winners, and here’s the story:

On Wednesday, August 31st, 2011, the winning Irish Lotto numbers were 4-15-23-24-26-45, and the Bonus Ball was 18. The number 18 was the most significant here since it closed out the month by being drawn five times in August.

Lotto Plus 1 winning numbers were 5-10-13-29-40-45, and the Bonus Ball was 3. For the first time in a while, we managed to see someone match all six numbers and win the €350,000 top prize here. The Lotto Plus 2 winning digits were 10-16-21-25-36-41, and the Bonus Ball was 23. For the second week in a row, we saw somebody match all of the Lotto Plus 2 numbers to win €250,000.

Moving to Saturday, September 3rd, 2011, the winning Irish Lotto numbers were 11-12-21-38-41-43, while the Bonus Ball was 10. Interestingly enough, there weren’t any really significant numbers to report from this drawing.

The Lotto Plus 1 winning numbers were 4-20-25-31-38-42, while the Bonus Ball was 27. Few of these numbers matched up with what we saw drawn in August. The winning Lotto Plus 2 digits were 9-15-19-28-40-43, and the Bonus Ball was 29. The number 9 was drawn a couple of times in August, so it could be one to watch.

The next Irish Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 drawings will happen on September, 7th, 2011. Seeing as how the Irish Lotto hasn’t been won in a few weeks, the new jackpot will be worth close to €7 million. The Lotto Plus 1 jackpot will be worth €350,000, and the Lotto Plus 2 jackpot will offer a €250,000 prize.
