The winning numbers were 4, 9, 27, 31, 38 and 39 with Bonus Ball 10. One ticket holder also matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to earn €287,135, while the other prizes won on the night ranged from a €3 scratchcard for matching two main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to €2,163 for matching five main numbers.

It was also a successful evening for the many participants who opted to take part in the supplementary Lotto Plus games. One player matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win €5,000 in Lotto Plus 1, while there were two winning entrants in the same tier of Lotto Plus 2 who each landed €2,500. Another 72 ticket holders each snapped up €300 after matching the winning Lotto Raffle number of 4551. Check out the Irish Lotto Results section for a full breakdown of prizes from Irish Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2.

The Irish Lotto jackpot had also been won on Saturday 19th September, when a player bagged €7.3 million with a ticket bought in Rushe’s Supervalu store, in Killiney Shopping Centre, South Co Dublin. The lucky player has yet to come forward and claim their prize.

There will be another opportunity to pocket a fortune in the next draw on Saturday evening, when a top prize of €2 million will be available for anyone who can match all six main numbers. Tickets can be bought online or by visiting authorised retailers in Ireland, and you could just be the player to kick off October with another jackpot winner. Good luck!
